The aim of counselling and therapy is to assist you to get in touch with, strengthen, and to remain in a functional, aware adult state: to become the adult you are supposed to be.

There are a wide range of counselling tools and therapies that, with the assistance of a trained therapist, can help you achieve this. The tools and therapies I use are blended to suit the individual needs of my clients, and these needs vary over time.
